Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

myt delivers digital live services only:

• Audio consultations (in-app voice)
• Video consultations (in-app video)
• Chat consultations (in-app messaging; free or fixed-window access after a disclosed upfront debit)

No physical goods are shipped. No courier or postal delivery applies.

2. How delivery happens

1. Customer recharges Service Credits (gateway payment confirmed on our servers).
2. Customer selects an Expert and initiates a live session.
3. Service is delivered electronically in real time when the session is connected in the myt app.
4. Consumption occurs per minute while connected (Wallet Policy).

Delivery location: Customer’s mobile device with internet connectivity.

3. Delivery timeline

Minor queue, ring, or network delays alone are not automatic refund grounds unless the Refund Policy Section 3 applies.

4. Shipping charges

Not applicable.

5. Cancellation before / after delivery

• Before connect: No per-minute consumption; credits remain in your wallet (subject to Refund Policy for unused recharge).
• After connect: Service is delivered per minute until disconnect; connected time is non-refundable.

6. Proof of delivery

We retain session metadata (connect time, duration, debits, Expert ID) for billing disputes and payment-partner proof of service requests.
