Payment collection RBI-authorised payment aggregator(s)

By using the myt Wallet you agree to this policy and the Terms of Service.

1. Platform role — technology marketplace intermediary (not a PPI issuer)

Jura Systems Pvt. Ltd. operates myt strictly as a technology marketplace intermediary that connects Clients with independent Experts and provides ledger functionality for Service Credits used solely to avail live consultations on the Platform. We act as an intermediary under applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.

We are not licensed, authorised, or regulated by the Reserve Bank of India as a Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) issuer, payment bank, non-banking financial company, or similar payment-system operator. Jura Systems Pvt. Ltd. does not issue PPIs (open-loop, closed-loop, or otherwise). Wallet recharges are monetary payments processed by RBI-authorised payment aggregators; credited Service Credits are internal, non-transferable accounting units for Platform services only — not stored value issued by us as a PPI.

2. Definitions

“myt Wallet” means the digital account maintained by Jura Systems Pvt. Ltd. on the Platform in your name, which reflects the balance of Service Credits held by you, including Real Service Credits and Virtual Service Credits, and which may be used solely for the limited purpose of availing services on the Platform (live audio and video consultations billed per minute while connected, and text chat billed as free or paid access for a fixed time window as disclosed in-app), subject to compliance with these terms and the Terms of Service.

The myt Wallet does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, a bank account, prepaid payment instrument issued by Jura Systems Pvt. Ltd., stored value facility, payment system, or deposit of money or funds under applicable law, including the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and rules and directions issued thereunder. The myt Wallet and Service Credits are not represented as requiring authorisation or approval from the Reserve Bank of India as a PPI issued by Jura Systems Pvt. Ltd. Service Credits have no cash value, do not represent legal tender, and are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not withdrawable or encashable except as expressly stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law.

Recharges are collected through RBI-authorised payment aggregators. The payment gateway processes payment instruments; myt credits Service Credits to your myt Wallet after verified successful payment.

“Service Credits” means notional units of value recorded in your myt Wallet for the limited purpose of availing services on the Platform, which do not constitute legal tender or a deposit, and which may be credited through monetary payment or otherwise as stated below.

“Real Service Credits” means Service Credits acquired by you through direct monetary payment using authorised payment methods on the Platform (wallet recharge via secure checkout).

“Virtual Service Credits” means Service Credits credited without monetary payment by you, including promotional credits, referral rewards, bonus credits, goodwill credits, or similar non-cash credits, regardless of labelling.

“Active Status” means your myt Wallet is enabled and capable of holding and using Service Credits, and is not suspended or terminated.

3. Purchase of Real Service Credits (recharge)

a. You may purchase Real Service Credits by recharge through UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking made available via secure checkout (or other enabled gateway).

b. The INR amount you pay is the amount shown on the checkout screen before you confirm. There are no hidden platform surcharges beyond taxes shown as required by law.

c. Real Service Credits are credited only after our systems verify successful payment with the gateway (server-side confirmation — not client-only “success” UI).

d. If payment fails or is not verified, no Real Service Credits are credited.

4. Use of Service Credits — billing by service type

4a. Live audio and video

a. Live audio and video consultations with Experts are billed on a per-minute basis (or per billing unit clearly disclosed in-app at connect time) while the session is active and connected.

b. Each Expert’s per-minute rate is displayed before you connect.

c. Service Credits are debited during the call until disconnect or until balance is insufficient, after which the call may end automatically.

d. Partial minutes may be billed per in-app rounding rules shown at connect.

e. No refund for connected calls except as in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4b. Live text chat

a. Text chat may be free of charge or offered as paid access for a fixed time window set by the Expert (for example 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours).

b. The total Service Credit price and access period are displayed before you send the first chargeable message in that conversation.

c. A single debit from your balance applies when paid access starts; messaging during the active window does not use a separate per-minute meter.

d. When the access window ends, further messaging may require a new purchase if the Expert charges for chat.

e. No refund for started paid chat access except as in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Refunds of Real Service Credits

Where a refund is approved under the Refund and Cancellation Policy:

a. You may be offered (i) credit of Real Service Credits to your myt Wallet, or (ii) refund to the original payment method via secure checkout, as permitted by the gateway and our policy.

b. Refunds credited to the myt Wallet are subject to usage, expiry, and utilisation rules herein.

c. Duplicate recharge: duplicate amount refunded in full without deducting transaction charges, per Refund Policy.

6. Virtual Service Credits

a. Virtual Service Credits are promotional or discretionary; no cash value; not withdrawable or transferable.

b. Unless stated otherwise at credit, Virtual Service Credits may expire fourteen (14) days from credit.

c. On expiry, Virtual Service Credits lapse and are not reinstated except where required by law.

7. Expiry of Real Service Credits

a. Each credit of Real Service Credits may be issued with a validity period communicated at recharge or in the myt Wallet (default: twelve (12) months from credit unless otherwise shown).

b. You are solely responsible for monitoring balances and expiry.

c. Upon expiry, unused Real Service Credits lapse and are not refundable or transferable, subject to applicable law.

d. Expiry does not by itself constitute deficiency of service.

8. Order of utilisation

Where multiple Service Credits exist (Real and Virtual, different expiry dates), unless stated otherwise at credit, utilisation may be pro-rata across available Real and Virtual balances at the time of debit.

9. Visibility and user responsibility

Expiry dates and balances are shown in the myt Wallet or app. Failure to receive reminder notifications does not extend validity.

10. Account closure, suspension, and misuse

a. On closure or termination for breach, unused Virtual Service Credits lapse immediately.

b. Unused Real Service Credits are handled per Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law; banned accounts may receive refund of unused Real Service Credits subject to applicable charges, at our discretion.

c. We may reverse credits due to technical error, fraud, or misuse.

11. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes

a. Service Credits are for services on the Platform only. Expiry of Service Credits in accordance with this policy is not automatic grounds for chargebacks or payment reversals with payment providers.

b. Disputes relating to Service Credits or expiry must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant expiry or debit, else deemed waived, subject to law.

c. Contact support@myt.social before initiating bank chargebacks on valid per-minute debits for connected sessions.

12. General

Continued use of the myt Wallet after policy updates constitutes acceptance. Governing law: India.
